pursuant to s. 37 (a) of the Women's Charter, is prohibited from molesting, annoying, harassing or communicating with either Charlene Dwyer or the children named above, or attempting to molest, annoy harass or communicate with any of them;

pursuant to s. 38 (1) (a) the Women's Charter, is prohibited from entering a premises where the child(ren) named above reside from time to time;

pursuant to s. 38 (1) (b) F.R.A., is prohibited from making contact or endeavoring to make contact with or otherwise interfering with either the child(ren) named above or Charlene Dwyer

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
1 (a) Any peace officer including any police officer having jurisdiction in the Republic of Singapore who finds the party Clyde Dwyer breaching any of the terms of this restraining order may immediately arrest that party without warrant pursuant to s. 495 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code, and may cause that person to be detained in custody, and to be taken before a justice to be dealt with according to law.
(b) Any peace officer including any police officer having jurisdiction in the Republic of Singapore who on reasonable and probable grounds believes that the party Clyde Dwyer , in the past, breached any of the terms of this restraining order may arrest that party with a warrant obtained pursuant to s. 26 of the Offence Act, and may cause that person to be detained in custody, and to be taken before a justice to be dealt with according to law.

CHARLENE DWYER SPEAKS

So I'm the single mum who has to bring up my two teenage children all by myself, since I can't really rely on men such as Clyde, my husband. Leslie Ann, my daughter and Calvin, my son; are my pride and joy... I don't know what I'd do without them and the house will be in a freaky silence if they weren't by my side.

I think I'll post my picture here sometime...but not now as I am still very busy with my job at the moment... you know how it is, work.

And about work... I regard myself as a highly established writer of adult entertainment, specializing in sophisticated erotica exclusively for women. I believe in making women the central figure of my stories of love, passion, danger and drama... and as a feminist myself, these factors are so important but often downplayed in society. I therefore hope to be an educator for women and men.

Currently... i just finished a rehearsal yesterday as some director--a Mahesh Rai--wants to put up my life story on stage in a month's time. I'm getting paid... a little... but not enough (darn it) but honestly, I feel flattered that he even thinks that my story is interesting and striking enough to be made public! I don't know if I really like this director, though... he seems nice but can be rather quirky and intense at times... we'll see as time passes.

Would love to chat somemore but friends, I have to tend to work as deadlines are such a headache. May go for a shot of Remy or a smoke later to perk myself up, but of course my kids won't know about these bad habits of mine!
